SUMMER EXHIBITION OF CHINESE CONTEMPORARY WORKS

Hua Gallery, just over the river on 8 Hester Road, has opened its doors to a fascinating exhibition celebrating Chinese contemporary art. Including pieces by Yang Guang and Yi Xuan and the UK’s first ever exhibition of works by Han Zhogren whose previous works were shown and acquired by National Art Museums across China. The gallery is open this weekend on Friday and Saturday from 11am-6pm and throughout the week from Tuesday.
SING THE NAME: AN EVENING OF KIRTIN AT TRIYOGA

For those of us feeling the strain Triyoga, 372 King’s Road are holding a workshop exploring in depth the practice of kirtan and discover how the power of repeating these ancient mantras impacts our daily lives bringing transformation and deep inner joy. Come ready to chant, move freely and to relish the background knowledge and origin of this practice. The class is £25 and is from 7.30pm-9.15pm.
