Here at Kingsroad.co.uk, we absolutely love cars. So to celebrate Chelsea Auto Legends, which is taking place in the grounds of the Royal Hospital Chelsea on 4 September, Plus One Gallery is combining cars with art in the most stunning way with its special Auto Art exhibition.
Photorealist artists such as David Finnigan and Pedro Campos produce an extraordinary range of motor-inspired images, featuring some of the best-known classic and contemporary marques.
The paintings look like high-resolution digital photographs, but actually they are paintings created by some of the best talent around.
We caught up with Maggie Bollaert, director of Plus One Gallery, who said: "Auto Legends brings people face to face with their dream cars and Plus One Gallery does the same thanks to the extraordinary talents of artists who are leaders in their field."
