Fifty years after it first opened its doors, the arrival of Michelin-starred head chef Ian Rudge from Northcote heralds an exciting new era for The Rib Room Bar & Restaurant. Located in the heart of Knightsbridge and frequented by a diverse mix of famous faces that have included Hollywood stars, politicians, supermodels and even royalty. The new look Rib Room features a glamorous cocktail bar, two private dining rooms and a unique cigar terrace. The Rib Room boasts signature Duke of Buccleuch Estate Aberdeen Angus rib of beef, which lies at the heart of the menu, alongside new modern British dishes including buttered native lobster tail with caramelised baby fennel, braised gem hearts and pear cider.
